1.Millennium Library

The Main Library of the Winnipeg Public Library is Millennium Library.
It includes books in over 30 languages, books for adults, teens, and children.
On the main floor, you can find Central teens provides different fiction and non-fiction books; also, there are computers that teens can use, and they are free to use.
On the second floor, you can get resources for accessible services and collections such as DAISY books, descriptive video, audiobooks, and large type books.
Also, this Library provides ebooks, eMagazines, and other sources which you can download them but you have to be a member of the Winnipeg Public Library.

2.Bill and Helen Norrie Library

The other Library in Winnipeg is the Bill and Helen Norrie Library, located at the Grant Park campus, at the corner of Grant Avenue and Cambridge Street, in proximity to public transportation.
The Library includes adult and children fiction and non-fiction books, and also it provides ebooks. In this Library, you can easily access computers and free wifi. Millennium Library All library programs are free.

3.Charleswood Library

Charleswood Library is the other branch of Winnipeg Public Library. This one covers adults’ and children’s books, magazines, music, audiobooks, video games, and movies as well. Charleswood Library is located on 6-4910 Roblin Blvd.

4.Cornish Library

Cornish Library provides all the services we mentioned and, It is located in Armstrong Point, across from the Misericordia Health Centre.
Fort Garry Library is located near the intersection of Pembina Highway at McGillvrary. In addition to all those services, this library supply Photocopying and printing.

5.Harvey Smith Library

Harvey Smith Library is located in the Cindy Klassen Recreation Centre. Harvey Smith library has a SAD light therapy lamp for use onsite, year-round. Harvey Smith Library in Harvey Smith Library, you can access a wide range of ebooks, eMagazines, information resources and online journals, and streaming movies and music.

6.Henderson Library

Henderson Library is conveniently located near Henderson Ave. and McLeod Ave. This Library provides different services such as free wifi access to computers. Henderson Library and Osborne Library offer Seed Libraries in February and November. Seed Libraries encourage gardening and local food production. Some of the programs need registration.

7.Louis Riel Library

Louis Riel Library has a great collection of Adult, Teen, and Children’s books, music, and audio-visual materials. It contains french books as well. All library programs are free. It is located at 1168 Dakota St.
8.Munroe Library
Munroe Library is located in the shopping mall at the corner of Munroe Avenue and London Street. This Library contains adult and children’s books, music, magazines, and video games. If you’re a member of Winnipeg Public Library, you can download textbooks and magazines.

9.Osborne Library

Osborne Library is located in the Fort Rouge Recreation and Leisure Centre. Osborne library provides a seed library in February and November, which you can plant there and help improve local food production. Photocopying and printing are available for a fee. The library is a disciplined area to study. Many people find it very difficult to study at home or in dorm rooms because of all the disturbance.

10.Pembina Trail Library

Pembina Trail Library is at 2724 Pembina Hwy. Near Greencrest Ave. This Library has archives of books and magazines, fiction and non-fiction, music, audiobooks, and video games for children and adults. In this Library, ebooks, eMagazines, information resources and online journals, and streaming movies and music are available.

11.St. Boniface Library
here you can find books in both English and French. The French part is apposite to all ages includes magazines and books. St. Boniface Library is located at the corner of Provencher Blvd. and Tache. The Library is on two floors, with an elevator located in the building.

12.St. James-Assiniboia Library

St. James-Assiniboia Library is located beside the St. James Collegiate, close to Ferry Road at Portage Ave. The Library is wheelchair accessible. Here you can have access to computers and free wifi.
You can find a program and meeting room on the second floor and a newspaper/magazine room.

13.St. Vital Library

St. Vital Library is located near the intersection of Fermor Ave. The Library has bookable computers with MS Office and Internet access and free wifi. There are tables for studying. Like other branches of Winnipeg Public Library, members can access an extensive eLibrary for downloadable eBooks, eMagazines, information resources and online journals, and streaming movies and music.

14.Sir William Stephenson Library

Sir Wm. Stephenson Library is located just south of Burrows Avenue, beside the Phillippine-Canadian Centre. Here you can find a good collection of children’s and adults’ books, magazines, music, audiobooks, and video games. The Library has bookable computers with MS Office and Internet access, and free wifi.

15.Transcona Library

Transcona Library is located at 1 Transcona Boulevard. The branch has two tutorial rooms available. In this Library again, you can have different books for adults and children. You need to be a member of Winnipeg Public Library and use some of the programs you need to register the rate.

16.West Kildonan Library

West Kildonan Library is located at the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Powers Street, beside Victory School. Here you can access a collection of adult’s and children’s fiction and non-fiction, magazines, video games, and movies.

17.Westwood Library

Westwood Library is located one block south of Portage Avenue, between Rouge Road and Bedson Street. The main floor has adult services, and the lower level has children’s services. Members can also access an extensive eLibrary for downloadable eBooks, eMagazines, information resources and online journals, and streaming movies and music.

18.Windsor Park Library

Windsor Park Library is located on Archibald Street near Cottonwood Road. A footbridge provides access to the Library from the adjacent Bonivital Pool. You can access a tutorial room and the different books, magazines, music, audiobooks, and video games for adults and children. There is an extensive collection of books and magazines in French.
