Braemar College is located in a heritage property on the southern fringe of the St. George Campus of the University of Toronto. The building was erected in two phases: the primary phase in the 1880s and the final step in 1914. The older southern portion is four stories, and the northern portion, five stories. The construction was designed in Tutor revival style, of which many examples are dotting the street.
